Score a home near a football stadium

How about kicking off the football season with a home near your favorite team?

In some National Football League (NFL) towns, you can buy a home and build your man cave within walking distance of the stadium.

After scouring their database, the Movoto Real Estate team, known for kooky plays on housing, found a significant number of home-team cities with homes for sale that turn out to be real winners, price wise.

With some of them in not-so-fair-weather climes, you can opt to tail gate at home and get to the gridiron in time for kickoff.

Paint your face, grab your jersey and click on the graphic to find your real field-of-dreams home.

(By the way, that’s a bird’s eye view of the New England Patriots’ Gillette Stadium, above.)

Score a housing touchdown. Buy a home near your favorite NFL team.
