The DeadlineNews.Com Web site scores well on Google's PageRank System.

Our audience is largely real estate consumers and professionals and, while we prefer real estate display ads that appeal to that demographic, we will consider other types of advertisements at our discretion.

Please keep in mind editorial content -- real estate and consumer news -- presented with unbiased journalistic integrity, has been DeadlineNews.Com's mission priority from Day 1 and that remains our focus.

• We reserve the right to reject any advertisement that we deem not a good fit for our service.
• We will never place an ad so that it infringes upon the integrity of editorial content.
• We will never present an advertisement in the light of a news story.
• We do not accept advertorials -- marketing pieces written in the style of a news story.
• Advertisers play absolutely no role in the production of DeadlineNews.Com's editorial content.



With those guidelines in mind, you should know, DeadlineNews.Com ads have already been successful with rental housing, housing sales, household goods sales, and providing leads to real estate professionals.

That's largely because our Web site format is a concentrated one with relatively few pages, each of which contain dozens of links out to our stories on our publishing partners' sites.

The easiest way to get to any of our thousands of storiesk published on a host of other Web sites, is through our portal. The concentration of similar headlines also makes Google.com the third most popular way visitors reach us.

This is an opportunity to obtain prime advertising real estate at very reasonable prices, but the opportunity is limited. We are a growth company and our ad rates will grow as does our company, much as is the case with any other publishing firm.

Advertising space is limited. News and information content will always take priority over ad space on every Web page. Each Web page open for advertising will be limited to two to three display or text ads all of identical size and no more than approximately 4 inches (275 pixels) wide and 3 inches (200 pixels) high.

Lock in low, long-term ad rates now. Pay a higher price later. We are a growth company focused on a growth industry.

Online Advertising Fast Track

If you elect to advertise with us, follow the instructions below, send the requested information to info@deadlinenews.com. Include any questions. Put "DeadlineNews.Com Advertising Request" in the subject line.

NOTE: DeadlineNews.Com will NOT place ads without the full, contracted initial payment and a written, signed legal contract. It is a simple contract that states the terms of the ad placement and it describes the ad.

In order for us to draw up the contract you MUST send to us the legal name, title, company name, address and contact information of the person responsible for the ad account. Also send your ad content in text or html formatted as you wish it to appear. We may adjust your ad content. This information will be included in the contract. You must send us this information before we can proceed. There are NO exceptions to this policy. This is standard business practice.

The faster you supply this information, the faster we can proceed with drawing up the contract and placing your ad. We do not accept PayPal or direct deposit. Checks are preferred. See: Sample Contract. The sample is a sample ONLY to reveal typical terms. We will draw up a contract specific to your needs once we have the required information.

Right now, display ad rates are only $250 per month for display on one page, the home page (our hottest page), special pages (our most frequently visited pages) and special sections (when available, your ad is placed specifically in sections where we periodically drive traffic based on current news events).

Cool Display Ads

The $100 per month/per page rate applies to the following URLs (among others)

Rates are month-to-month, payable monthly in advance and NON NEGOTIABLE. If we don't receive your ad payment five days before the end of the month, your ad will not run the entire coming month. You may resume, but only after your fee is paid as agreed. You will be billed to allow you sufficient time to remit your payment or you may set up your own automatic payment system. As we grow, so will our rates and at that time we will be better equipped with a track record of both site visits and ad effectiveness to offer longer term rates at a discount.

Advertisers can create their own ads, or we can assist. If we create your ad, your fee will double the first month ($500 for Hot Ads; $200 for Cool Ads) and your ad will include text only, graphics only or text and graphics, depending upon your needs. Except where special sections, editorial content and other restrictions exist (a rare condition), ads are always placed "above the fold." That means, one of the first things a visitor will see when they arrive at the page or section will be your ad.

Text Ads

• Each line of one-column-width, bold-face, text-only advertising is 1/5 (20 percent) the cost of the display ad rate or $50 per month, per line for the Hot Ads and $20 per month for the Cool Ads. This is the type size. Text ads are set off by a single rule above and below the ad as indicated here. Font styles vary.
