Why You Need DeadlineNews.Com's Content
DeadlineNews.Com FeedbackMortgage Fraud CoverageI would like to let you know how informative and helpful the information was in Realty Times on mortage fraud (Mortgage Fraud Remedies Proposed and Mortgage Fraud Inflates Housing Bubbles). Your column has given me more knowledge than I have been able to obtain in one year from other sources. Your information may help me get out of the situation that has kept me handicapped for a while. Recently, I was involved in a bad deal and really did not know which way to turn. I contacted a few attorneys, but none would accept the case. I was told they were loaded with cases. L. Silicon Valley Coverage, DeadlineNews.Com DeadlineNews.Com: Version 8.0
DeadlineNews.Com began operations in November 1999, riding the dot-com wave, much like so many other Web sites of the era. Unlike many other Web sites, however, we did so without an infusion of venture capital and without outside financial support.
Nevertheless, we've remained viable, relevant and -- knock on a wood frame house -- profitable. We've even had some fun. In March 2005, we managed enough unique visits and those elusive page rankings to attract direct advertising and continue to grow.
We owe a debt of gratitude and a bushel of markers to a growing host of clients, sources, readers and moral supporters, both past and present, who continue to value our content. Good, strong content has been the key to our success and survival. It's what we do. It's all we do. And we'll do even more in the future.
This year, we launched a blog, the Deadline Newsroom to help us make the transition to a shiny new Web site design sometime in 2008 -- earlier, if we are lucky. We think it will knock your socks off.
It's all rolling out under the umbrella of the DeadlineNews Group, still under wraps.
Founded on more than a quarter century of experienced, daily journalism, San Jose, CA-based DeadlineNews.Com is an independent editorial content provider and editorial content consulting firm serving both digital and print publications.
Our mission is simple: Raise the bar on the quality of real estate editorial content.
No whistles. No bells. No partners, affiliates or multiple brands. No smoke. No mirrors.
Just news that really hits home.

Homeowners.org Links To DeadlineNews.Com
ONTARIO, CA -- The League of California Homeowners has a prominent direct link from its home page to DeadlineNews.Com to give consumers access to informative residential real estate news.
"As a not-for-profit consumer group, LCH appreciates the fact that DeadlineNews.Com does not dish out the common garden variety type of glowing real estate news that is supposed to make the reader 'happy,' but not very informed," said Ken Willis, president of the League.

"DeadlineNews.Com: Crackerjack real estate writer Broderick Perkins, who wrote for the San Jose Mercury News for 16 years, operates this site. In addition to articles on regional and national real estate issues, DeadlineNews.com also includes extensive coverage of California's sometimes nutty and always fascinating real estate markets."
